Expectation: manage proactive outreach, business reviews, and ongoing account engagement while maintaining accurate records in Salesforce and ChurnZero.
What You’ll Do
Manage a mix of personal and automated touchpoints to drive an ongoing, high-quality customer experience across your portfolio
Identify at-risk accounts and execute save strategies, while also expanding healthy accounts through adoption, cross-sell, and upsell alignment
Run proactive business reviews and document all engagement in ChurnZero and Salesforce to keep your book of business organized, visible, and action-ready
What You Need
Prior software Client Success Management experience (scaled Client Success preferred), with strong discovery skills and confident customer communication
Experience with EMR and practice management software, plus comfort using Customer Success tools like ChurnZero and CRMs like Salesforce
High personal accountability, ownership mindset, and the ability to solve problems creatively while building long-term customer trust
