What You’ll Do
- Manage a mix of personal and automated customer touchpoints to drive engagement
- Own a diverse customer portfolio and build strong relationships across accounts
- Deliver best-practice guidance and content to help customers succeed
- Identify at-risk customers and execute “save” strategies to reduce churn
- Run proactive business reviews through scheduled outreach
- Support adoption, account expansion, cross-sell, and upsell aligned to CX initiatives
- Document customer activity and maintain account data in ChurnZero and Salesforce
- Participate in team trainings and model a growth mindset
- Stay current on PatientNow product updates and industry trends
What You Need
- Prior software Client Success Management experience (scaled CSM experience preferred)
- Experience with EMR and Practice Management software
- Comfort using Customer Success tools (ChurnZero listed) and CRMs (Salesforce listed)
- Strong discovery skills and proactive communication habits
- Excellent written and verbal communication, plus solid phone presence
- High accountability, strong ownership mentality, and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and KPIs without dropping the ball
