• Frequent collaboration with RCM Ops, Support, Product, Engineering, and Success teams
What You’ll Do
• Build strong, trust-based relationships as the primary strategic partner post–go-live
• Own client communication for Prompt + Prompt RCM users across clinical, admin, and billing workflows
• Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business model, goals, and processes
• Host regular cadence calls and business reviews to assess performance and drive outcomes
• Respond to support inquiries, triaging and escalating as needed
• Provide guidance on documentation, claim workflows, denial trends, and payment delays
• Analyze KPIs and performance metrics to identify risks, opportunities, and next steps
• Identify and manage churn indicators, coordinating with leadership to stabilize accounts
• Stay up-to-date on Prompt’s software and RCM offerings to educate and advise clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements
• Surface client feedback and contribute to strategies that enhance retention and satisfaction
What You Need
• Active license as a PT, OT, or SLP with outpatient experience
• Strong understanding of clinical, administrative, and billing workflows
• Three years of billing, insurance, or RCM experience preferred (training available for clinicians new to RCM)
• Experience in customer-facing roles, relationship management, or client success
• High comfort with software, EMRs, SaaS tools, and real-time workflow navigation
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills; proficiency with Google Workspace
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• High personal accountability, curiosity, and a growth-oriented mindset
