Role Summary
As a Client Success Manager (6-month contract), you will manage a portfolio of employer accounts introduced through Maven’s channel partnerships. Acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, you’ll guide clients in maximizing program value, improving member engagement, and identifying opportunities for growth.
Contract Dates: September 2025 – March 2026
Key Responsibilities
- Own the client relationship post-sale, serving as the main point of contact for employer accounts in your portfolio
- Collaborate with channel/payer partners to strengthen client relationships and identify new business opportunities
- Consult on best practices for supporting working parents using Maven’s expertise and resources
- Monitor program performance, analyze engagement data, and deliver strategic recommendations
- Lead quarterly business reviews, client meetings, and project plans
- Resolve escalations by partnering with internal teams including Operations, Product, Analytics, and Support
- Advocate for client needs internally to influence product and marketing strategy
- Drive retention and support expansion initiatives within assigned accounts
Qualifications
- 4–6 years’ experience in account management or client services (digital health, healthcare, benefits, SaaS, or channel partnerships preferred)
- Track record of high client satisfaction and renewal success
- Strong ability to build relationships with VP/C-level executives
- Experience with data-driven program optimization and reporting
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Looker, and Microsoft Office
- Passion for healthcare and influencing organizational change
Preferred Experience
- Managing high-volume client portfolios
- Working in health, wellness, or family health sectors
- Supporting employer, channel, or payer benefit programs
Compensation
- $50–$70/hour (commensurate with experience)
