Schedule

What You’ll Do
- Respond to prospective clients via phone, text, email, and chat
- Walk agents through the application and onboarding process
- Help clients submit required documentation and understand timelines
- Review documents for completeness and accuracy (catch missing forms, unclear dates, inconsistencies)
- Re-engage agents who started but didn’t finish applications
- Prepare clean, accurate files for approval review
- Update Salesforce with client info, document status, and progress
- Coordinate with operations as files move toward a decision
- Track each application so it moves forward quickly and smoothly
What You Need
- Experience in client success, sales, operations, or account management
- Comfort in a fast-paced, communication-heavy environment
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Organized, deadline-driven, and responsive
- CRM familiarity (Salesforce is a plus)
- Bonus if you’ve been around financial services, mortgage, escrow, title, or real estate transactions
- Professional, proactive, accountable
