What You’ll Do
- Manage day-to-day client communication and build strong partnerships (email, Slack, Zoom)
- Own client onboarding and lead Campaign Reviews, translating performance into business-level insights
- Set up, monitor, and optimize client programs in Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and troubleshooting issues
- Analyze campaign performance and client feedback to deliver clear, actionable recommendations
- Serve as the bridge between clients and internal teams (sales, ops, tech) so deliverables match expectations
- Own account health by anticipating risks early and keeping programs aligned to goals
- Collaborate internally to improve processes and propose solutions that boost efficiency and outcomes
What You Need
- Strong communication style: responsive, clear, professional
- Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel (data, reporting, accuracy checks)
- Organized enough to juggle multiple accounts without dropping quality
- Comfort in Salesforce (or similar CRM) and a “clean data” mindset
- Willingness to learn B2B demand gen + dig into performance data
- Proactive problem-solver who fixes issues and suggests improvements
