This is a relationship-and-results role for someone who can own complex PBM clients and keep them happy long-term. You’ll drive retention, spot upsell opportunities, and lead strategic planning that ties performance, cost, and service back to client outcomes.

- Full-time, Remote
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM PST
- Pay range: $93,671–$114,934/year
- Bonus: 7.5% (at-risk maximum)
- Travel required as needed
- Remote not available in: AK, HI, ME, MS, NH, NM, ND, RI, SC, SD, WV, WY
What You’ll Do
- Support and back up CSE / Senior CSC / CSC responsibilities as needed
- Build and present Strategic Business Plans, VALUE summaries, and Performance Standard reports
- Investigate when performance guarantees aren’t met and present findings to clients
- Lead client trainings (Client Portal, Navi-Claim, etc.)
- Handle escalated member and client issues and drive resolution
- Identify and present opportunities to improve client costs, service, and health outcomes
- Maintain contracts and ensure performance against standards
- Lead or support internal department and enterprise projects
- Travel to client sites as needed
- Mentor coordinator-level team members and Client Services Executives
What You Need
- 7+ years experience managing clients in healthcare, PBM, or a related field (required)
- PBM or healthcare industry knowledge (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related area (preferred)
- Strong strategic planning skills (business plans, execution, client retention)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize, and lead projects across multiple levels
- Comfort managing coordinator-level resources
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, and internet tools
- Valid driver’s license + current auto insurance
