Schedule
- Full-time, Remote (U.S.-based)
- First Shift (EST) for 6–9 months, then transition to Second Shift
- Exempt, Permanent Position
What You’ll Do
- Supervise and support the Client Service team with training, tools, and resources
- Manage escalated client concerns and ensure quick, accurate resolutions
- Track and review call, email, and task volume to improve efficiency
- Conduct monthly performance reviews and coaching sessions
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and team development
- Maintain attendance records, documentation, and performance data
- Communicate updates across teams and departments
- Support quality assurance and process improvement initiatives
What You Need
- 3+ years of experience in a call center, business development, or client service role
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to manage performance metrics and data reports
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Communications, or related field)
- Experience leading remote teams a plus
