Full-time
Pay: $15/hour + bonus (paid weekly)

What You’ll Do
• Take inbound calls from clients and respond to questions about their program
• Make outbound calls to provide updates and follow up on client needs
• Address concerns professionally and explain services clearly and accurately
• Navigate systems to locate client data and resolve issues efficiently
• Document client notes and status updates accurately in the CRM
• Coordinate with other departments to secure help or answers for clients when needed
• Maintain strong attention to detail while meeting service and performance targets
• Build productive relationships with teammates and contribute to a supportive team culture

What You Need
• Strong customer service mindset with consistent, professional communication
• Intermediate typing and basic math skills to meet production needs
• Solid written and verbal communication with good judgment and common sense
• Strong time and attendance history
• Comfort working independently while collaborating with a team
• Microsoft Word and Excel skills; general Windows and Outlook knowledge
• Collections experience (plus)
• Familiarity with FDCPA guidelines (plus)
