Schedule
Full-time, 100% remote.
Role requires consistent attendance, strong attention to detail, and comfort handling client conversations by phone while working in CRM systems.
What You’ll Do
⦁ Take inbound calls from clients and make outbound calls to provide updates and answer questions.
⦁ Respond to client concerns, clearly explain program details, and navigate computer systems to locate client data.
⦁ Accurately document client comments and status updates in the CRM and coordinate with other departments to resolve client needs.
What You Need
⦁ Strong commitment to customer service with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
⦁ Intermediate typing and math skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures.
⦁ Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, Windows, and Outlook; FDCPA guidelines familiarity and collections experience are a plus.
