Schedule
- Full-time, 100% Remote
- $15/hour + bonus pay
- Shift: 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM EST
What You’ll Do
- Take inbound calls and make outbound calls to assist clients with debt program questions
- Accurately document client communications in the CRM system
- Provide clear, informed answers while maintaining professionalism and empathy
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure clients receive full support
- Maintain performance standards and build strong relationships with your team
What You Need
- Strong customer service mindset and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Basic math, typing, and computer navigation skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows
- Knowledge of FDCPA guidelines or collections experience is a plus
