Schedule
- Full-time, 100% remote
- Shifts available: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM EST, 10:00 AM–6:30 PM EST, or 12:30 PM–9:00 PM EST
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound client calls, providing updates and support.
- Answer questions, resolve concerns, and deliver accurate service descriptions.
- Navigate computer systems and document client interactions in CRM software.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure client needs are met.
- Maintain service quality while meeting performance targets.
- Build and maintain positive client and team relationships.
What You Need
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Intermediate typing and math skills.
- Knowledge of FDCPA guidelines and/or collections experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, Windows, and Outlook.
- Strong time management and attendance history.
