Schedule
Full-time, 100% remote (Work From Home).
Shift options: 8AM-4:30PM EST, 10AM-6:30PM EST, or 12:30PM-9PM EST; must have high-speed internet (50 MBPS) and Wi-Fi access.
What You’ll Do
⦁ Take inbound calls from customers and complete daily follow-up touchpoint tasks.
⦁ Control conversations, address objections, and clearly explain the product or service to customers.
⦁ Navigate computer systems to locate customer data, support service goals, and meet performance targets.
What You Need
⦁ 1–2 years of retention experience, ideally in a high-volume call center environment.
⦁ Strong customer service mindset with intermediate typing and math skills to meet production needs.
⦁ Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to apply common sense, follow procedures, and handle objections confidently.
