Schedule
- Full-time, remote position (within the 48 contiguous U.S. states)
- Weekend availability required
- Company-provided computer; reliable wired internet connection required
What You’ll Do
- Engage with clients by phone to educate, support, and retain them in Beyond Finance’s debt relief program.
- Deescalate concerns with empathy and help clients understand their financial options.
- Use CRM software to manage accounts and maintain detailed, accurate client records.
- Assess financial situations and recommend solutions that align with client goals.
- Meet retention goals while providing compassionate, solutions-based service.
What You Need
- Experience in retention, sales, or collections (required)
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree a plus
- Strong communication, negotiation, and deescalation skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems and multitasking in a high-volume environment
- Calm under pressure, adaptable, and able to manage changing priorities
