What You’ll Do
- Educate clients about the Beyond Finance hardship debt relief program
- Empathize with financially stressed clients and help deescalate concerns
- Use CRM tools to assess client situations and recommend debt solutions
- Retain at-risk clients by offering tailored support
- Meet retention goals and earn performance-based commissions
What You Need
- Experience in Retention, Sales, or Collections
- High school diploma or GED (college degree a plus)
- Strong verbal, written, and active listening skills
- Ability to handle high call volume in a fast-paced setting
- Tech-savvy with experience in CRM systems
- Resilient under pressure with solid negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable multitasking and adapting to change
- Quiet, dedicated home office with hardwired internet connection
