Responsible for the relationships with the various customers of the company. Ensures relationships are preserved and handles escalated matters. Provides timely resolutions to customer complaints that have escalated to the highest level within the organization. Coordinates with internal staff to research and determine validity of complaints and evaluate options to remedy these complaints.
Core Requirements:
- Ideal candidate will have 5+ years of industry related experience in mortgage banking and lending process.
- Previous mortgage servicing or title experience preferred.
- Strong communication and sales skills.
- Attention to detail.
