Schedule
- Full-time, fully remote role

Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition to CareMetx’s prior authorization solution
- Conduct needs assessments to customize onboarding for each client
- Provide training sessions to medical practice staff on software usage
- Guide clients through system setup and troubleshoot technical issues
- Collaborate with product development and customer support to resolve concerns
- Complete all data and system integrations accurately and on time
- Act as the primary client contact during onboarding, building strong relationships
- Monitor client adoption and provide ongoing support for successful implementation
- Collect client feedback and share insights to drive product improvements
- Maintain documentation of onboarding steps, client-specific configurations, and training materials
- Report onboarding progress, client satisfaction, and issues to the Director of Account Management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, IT, Business, or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in client onboarding, implementation, or customer success (healthcare or software strongly preferred)
- Experience with prior authorization processes and medical practice administration highly desirable
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Technical proficiency in software setup and troubleshooting
- Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely
Physical & Work Environment
- Primarily desk-based role requiring prolonged sitting
- Occasionally lift up to 10 pounds
- Typical work environment noise level is moderate
