Schedule

- Flexible schedule; some travel may be required
Responsibilities
- Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition to PX Technology’s prior authorization solution
- Conduct detailed needs assessments and tailor onboarding to client requirements
- Deliver training sessions for medical practice staff on prior authorization software
- Guide clients through setup and configuration, resolving technical issues as needed
- Collaborate with product and support teams to address client concerns promptly
- Complete data and system integrations accurately and on schedule
- Build strong relationships as the primary point of contact during onboarding
- Monitor client progress and ensure successful software adoption
- Collect client feedback and provide insights to internal teams
- Create and maintain detailed onboarding documentation, including training materials
- Report onboarding progress and issues to the Director of Account Management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, IT, Business, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in onboarding, implementation, or customer success (healthcare/software industry preferred)
- Experience with prior authorization processes or medical practice administration (a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Technical proficiency in software implementation and troubleshooting
- Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely

- Regularly required to sit; may occasionally lift up to 10 pounds
