What You’ll Be Doing: 

We are looking for a customer support professional to help first time Grow patients book their first session with a therapist. These support representatives will speak directly to our customers via phone and maintain high volume while also focusing on quality. A successful candidate for this role showcases composure and flexibility as customer needs evolve and case volume changes, and is excited to get in at the ground floor of a rapidly growing Support organization. This is a 20/hour a week, part-time opportunity with a set schedule: Wednesday through Friday afternoons 2PM EST – 8PM EST / 11AM-5PM PST.

You’ll Be a Good Fit If:

  • You have a track record of at least one year of successful customer-facing professional experience
  • You are comfortable meeting quantitative metrics, including the number of conversations you work on per day
  • You lead with empathy, and prioritize customer value over everything else (working closely to find solutions that make their goals possible)
  • You are self-motivated, eager to learn, and are comfortable with ambiguity, asynchronous communication, and working remotely
  • You thrive working at a fast-paced startup, and you are excited about contributing to our startup’s growth
  • Sales experience is a plus!

The hourly pay for this role is $20/hour.
