• Fully remote (U.S.)
• Pacific Time role
• Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm PT
What You’ll Do
• Walk clients through the One Legal platform so they can complete key tasks confidently
• Maintain accurate client records and case notes in Salesforce
• Resolve client questions via phone and written communication using active listening and clear explanations
• Advocate for clients by sharing feedback with internal teams and influencing product improvements
• Track and act on KPIs to consistently deliver high-quality support
• De-escalate issues to reduce delays and keep clients moving
• Embrace new tools and tech to improve efficiency and service
• Support team success, including helping onboard new team members and improving internal processes
What You Need
• 2+ years in customer support (call center experience preferred)
• 2+ years using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
• Comfort with SaaS environments (legal tech a plus)
• Experience supporting phone systems (DialPad preferred)
• 1+ year in legal or litigation support preferred
• High school diploma required (additional education or equivalent experience valued)
• Strong multitasking, composure under pressure, coachability, and a team-first mindset
