Schedule
• Fully remote
• Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm PT
• Time zone: Pacific Time (role is aligned to PT operations)
What You’ll Do
• Guide clients through the One Legal platform to complete filings and other key tasks
• Respond to client questions with clear, effective written and verbal communication, using strong active listening
• Maintain accurate client records and case details in Salesforce
• Advocate for clients by sharing patterns and feedback that influence internal teams and product improvements
• Solve problems efficiently while maintaining a high quality, empathetic client experience
• Track and act on key KPIs to deliver consistent support results
• Embrace new tools and technology to improve speed and service quality
• Support team operations by helping onboard new hires and contributing to consistent processes
• Use de-escalation skills to reduce delays and keep clients moving forward
• Follow policies and participate in team discussions to strengthen shared communication standards
What You Need
• 2+ years of customer support experience (call center experience preferred)
• 2+ years working with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
• Comfort supporting a SaaS product (legal services SaaS is a plus)
• Experience with phone support systems (DialPad preferred)
• 1+ year in legal or litigation support preferred
• High school diploma required (additional education or equivalent experience valued)
• Strong multitasking skills, coachability, curiosity, and composure under pressure
