Schedule
- Remote, contiguous United States
- Monday through Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm ET (fixed schedule)
- Availability required for some holidays or weekends during peak seasons
- Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer; frequent phone/video communication
What You’ll Do
- Make high-volume outbound calls to consumers (200+ calls/day expected)
- Guide users through the process of connecting with vetted financial advisors
- Schedule advisor consultations and ensure a smooth, positive experience
- Follow scripted messaging while tailoring conversations to the user’s needs
- Meet or exceed individual and team metrics (quality and volume goals)
- Log interactions, outcomes, and issues accurately in the internal CRM
- Identify recurring user pain points and escalate insights to improve the experience
- Share feedback and ideas with team leads and cross-functional partners
- Support additional initiatives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
What You Need
- 1+ years of high-volume call center experience (outbound)
- Comfort in a quota-driven environment with conversion metrics
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to shifting user and business needs
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and time-management skills
- Ability to communicate clearly by phone and video
