Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern
Fully remote within the contiguous United States
Availability to work some holidays or weekends during peak seasons
What You’ll Do
Engage consumers through high-volume outbound phone outreach (200+ calls per day expected)
Schedule consultations between interested users and vetted financial advisors
Guide users through the connection process using a mix of customer service best practices and scripted messaging
Track and log user interactions, challenges, and outcomes in the internal CRM
Meet or exceed performance goals tied to conversion metrics and team targets
Identify recurring user pain points and escalate trends to improve the overall experience
Share insights and suggestions with team leads and cross-functional partners to improve workflows and messaging
Support additional projects or initiatives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
What You Need
1+ years of high-volume call center experience (required)
Comfort with quota-driven environments and conversion-based metrics
Strong organization, attention to detail, and time-management skills
Ability to learn quickly and adapt based on user and business needs
Comfort working at a desk for extended periods and communicating via phone and video
