- Some holidays/weekends during peak seasons
What You’ll Do
- Make high-volume outbound calls (200+ per day) to users who requested info
- Schedule consultations between consumers and financial advisors
- Guide users using customer service best practices and scripted messaging
- Log all interactions and outcomes accurately in the CRM
- Hit or exceed performance metrics (quality + conversion + volume)
- Escalate recurring user issues and share improvement ideas internally
- Support additional projects as needed
What You Need
- 1+ year high-volume outbound call center experience (required)
- Comfortable in quota-driven environments and conversion goals
- Strong organization, detail, and time management
- Ability to adapt quickly based on user and business needs
- Ability to work seated at a desk and communicate by phone/video
