• Fully remote, full-time
• Pacific Time role
• Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM PT

What You’ll Do
⦁ Guide clients through the One Legal platform to complete filing and service tasks
⦁ Respond to client questions with clear written and verbal communication, using strong active listening
⦁ Solve issues efficiently by leveraging internal resources and keeping quality high
⦁ Maintain accurate client records in Salesforce
⦁ Advocate for clients by reviewing materials and sharing feedback with internal teams
⦁ Represent the client voice to influence product improvements
⦁ Understand and track key KPIs to consistently deliver strong client service
⦁ Embrace new technology and suggest workflow improvements that boost service and efficiency
⦁ Use de-escalation techniques to minimize delays and keep cases moving
⦁ Support onboarding and training of new team members as needed
⦁ Follow policies and participate in team discussions to keep practices consistent

What You Need
⦁ 2+ years of customer support experience (call center experience preferred)
⦁ 2+ years working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
⦁ Comfort supporting a SaaS product; legal tech experience is a plus
⦁ Experience with telephonic support tools (DialPad preferred)
⦁ 1+ year of legal or litigation support experience preferred
⦁ High school diploma required (advanced education or equivalent experience valued)
⦁ Strong multitasking skills, coachability, curiosity, and the ability to stay composed under pressure
⦁ A service mindset that’s empathetic, reliable, and solution-oriented
