Schedule
- Full-time, remote role (must reside within the contiguous U.S.)
- Fixed hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm EDT
- May require some holidays or weekends during peak seasons
What You’ll Do
- Make 200+ outbound calls per day to connect consumers with financial advisors
- Build trust and guide users through scheduling advisor consultations
- Use scripted messaging and customer service best practices to deliver a positive experience
- Track and log all interactions and feedback in the CRM system
- Identify recurring challenges and escalate to improve user experience
- Share insights with team leads and contribute to cross-functional projects
What You Need
- At least 1 year of high-volume call center experience (100+ outbound calls/day)
- Comfortable working in a quota-driven, performance-focused environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to user and business needs
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
