Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist with coordination of the Client Advisory Boards by maintaining overall project plan of all six segments
  • Co-coordination of executing and managing the Client Management Summit by maintaining overall conference project plan is on track, on time and on budget
  • Assist with event sponsorships by supporting overall strategy of sponsorship ticket allocation with must win and at-risk clients
  • Co-coordinate the OptumRx Internship in tandem with the Early Careers and Recruiting teams on recruiting, onboarding, and conversion of interns to full-time candidates
  • Serve as the point person for SalesforceGO Reporting and updates
  • Manage Executive Bios and best practices for a template to include must win prospects and key consultants, create training for SSC’s and team on new process
  • Engage and lead special projects as needed by the sales enablement team
  • Create and update existing Must Win customer templates
  • Collaborate with Strategic Sales Consultants to update annual Segment 101 playbooks

Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years event planning, marketing or client management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CMP (Certified Meeting Planner) certification
  • PBM experience
