Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist with coordination of the Client Advisory Boards by maintaining overall project plan of all six segments
- Co-coordination of executing and managing the Client Management Summit by maintaining overall conference project plan is on track, on time and on budget
- Assist with event sponsorships by supporting overall strategy of sponsorship ticket allocation with must win and at-risk clients
- Co-coordinate the OptumRx Internship in tandem with the Early Careers and Recruiting teams on recruiting, onboarding, and conversion of interns to full-time candidates
- Serve as the point person for SalesforceGO Reporting and updates
- Manage Executive Bios and best practices for a template to include must win prospects and key consultants, create training for SSC’s and team on new process
- Engage and lead special projects as needed by the sales enablement team
- Create and update existing Must Win customer templates
- Collaborate with Strategic Sales Consultants to update annual Segment 101 playbooks
Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years event planning, marketing or client management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- CMP (Certified Meeting Planner) certification
- PBM experience
