What You’ll Do
- Help onboard new clients, ensuring accurate setup in the Remedy system
- Coordinate RFP/procurement and market-check projects by:
- Building timelines and project plans
- Coordinating PBM data requests
- Creating RFPs in an online procurement tool
- Evaluating PBM responses and building summary reports
- Supporting disruption and financial analysis
- Support and coordinate audits by:
- Drafting statements of work
- Joining kick-off calls with clients/PBMs
- Coordinating data requests, notes, and documentation
- Helping prepare audit findings
- Support Pharmalogic reporting, including setup coordination and analytic report creation (plus peer review of data elements)
- Support client transitions to new PBMs
- Help manage day-to-day client relationships to drive retention and protect revenue
- Create and distribute audit initiation communications
- Support issue escalation and resolution for pharmacy-related concerns
- Document key agreements, deliverables, and client correspondence
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a Healthcare-related field or 2+ years of relevant Pharmacy Benefit consulting or PBM Account Management experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (internal + external)
- Analytical and organizational skills with comfort owning multiple projects
- Ability to work with minimal oversight and take initiative
- Comfort adapting in fast-moving environments and handling sensitive/confidential info
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
