What You’ll Do
• Manage collections and aged accounts receivables
• Prepare, edit, and submit billing and account corrections
• Ensure invoices are transmitted accurately and on schedule
• Communicate with clients via calls, email, and virtual meetings
• Complete ~32 account interactions per day on average
• Coordinate with billing, sales, and quality teams to resolve issues
• Provide AR reports and account updates as requested
• Research and resolve discrepancies and issue adjustments/refunds
• Maintain accurate records and account contact information
• Prepare for meetings and speak confidently to account status
What You Need
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–3 years experience in administrative or revenue cycle roles
• Medical billing system experience a plus
• Advanced communication and customer service skills
• Strong time-management and organizational abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital tools
• Ability to multitask, solve problems, and stay detail-driven
• Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
