Responsibilities
- Supervise and develop Client Bill Associates
- Ensure accurate and timely client invoicing
- Review and resolve escalated billing issues
- Monitor workload, queues, and SLAs
- Support client onboarding and billing integration
- Lead discussions with clients and internal stakeholders
- Oversee client portal use and workflow performance
- Track team metrics and identify process improvements
- Partner with Accounting, Implementation, and Client Success
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years medical billing or client accounting experience
- 1 to 2 years experience managing or leading a team
- Strong knowledge of medical billing and contract-aligned invoicing
- Excellent communication skills and client-facing experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- High attention to detail and strong decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and mentor staff
- Professional, independent, and solution-oriented mindset
