What You’ll Do
• Proactively reach out to prospective borrowers across multiple channels
• Guide applicants through barriers and decision points with empathy and strategy
• Track activity and updates in CRM tools (Zendesk or similar)
• Hit conversion targets while maintaining high-quality service
• Assist with inbound support when needed
• Adjust approach based on performance feedback and coaching
What You Need
• 2–3 years experience in consultative sales or customer success
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Driven by goals and achieving measurable results
• Passion for helping customers make smart financial choices
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Bonus: CRM experience and knowledge of lending or student finance
