Schedule
- Full-time, remote role
- Salary: $42,000–$55,000 per year
- Flexible, unlimited “responsible” time off policy
What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound calls and provide friendly, knowledgeable support to prospective patients
- Conduct outbound follow-up calls, texts, and emails to nurture leads and drive conversions
- Qualify leads and schedule them with the right clinicians
- Track and manage pipelines across multiple clients, ensuring consistent follow-ups and high booking rates
- Implement and refine sales scripts and strategies to boost conversions
- Maintain accurate CRM records, track lead status, and align appointment scheduling with client availability
- Provide feedback on lead trends, objections, and improvement opportunities
What You Need
- 2+ years of customer service, sales, or appointment scheduling experience
- Strong sales and persuasion skills, with proven ability to convert leads
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with CRM and scheduling tools (GoHighLevel experience a plus)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple client pipelines simultaneously
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to thrive autonomously
