What You’ll Do
⦁ Own strategic client relationships in Revenue Cycle Management, ensuring delivery excellence and strong outcomes across the engagement
⦁ Analyze and deliver monthly and quarterly performance reporting (A/R, denials, cash flow), highlighting trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
⦁ Partner with internal delivery, operations, and technical teams to resolve issues fast and turn insights into action with client leadership
What You Need
⦁ 5+ years of experience managing client accounts within healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
⦁ Advanced Excel skills plus experience with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar dashboards and visualization platforms
⦁ Strong healthcare ops and compliance knowledge (HIPAA, payer reimbursement, terminology), with solid technical acumen around data structures and exchange formats (EDI 837/835 preferred)
