Schedule
Full-time, 100% remote. Reliable high-speed internet and a HIPAA-compliant home workspace required (secure, private, no public Wi-Fi unless using a secure company VPN).
What You’ll Do
⦁ Serve as the primary liaison for one large, multi-faceted client account across all RCM issues and escalations
⦁ Build trusted relationships with project teams, key stakeholders, and executive leadership
⦁ Respond to client requests, resolve concerns, and maintain/expand the client relationship
⦁ Communicate challenges clearly by diagnosing causes, recommending solutions, and driving shared problem-solving
⦁ Define and report a clear vision of customer success and progress to stakeholders
⦁ Act as an RCM implementation SME to ensure contracted deliverables are met and aligned with company processes
⦁ Produce monthly and quarterly reports to measure performance against goals
⦁ Handle client analytical requests and coordinate with IT when needed
⦁ Review client revenue performance regularly to confirm expectations, spot trends, and escalate risks early
What You Need
⦁ 7+ years managing accounts in the healthcare Revenue Cycle Management space (required)
⦁ Proven leadership and issue resolution ability in complex client environments
⦁ Strong technology comfort, including basic database concepts and data exchange formats
⦁ Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and healthcare terminology
⦁ Advanced Excel proficiency (required)
⦁ Experience with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau
⦁ Strong written and verbal communication; collaborative, steady under pressure
⦁ EDI and/or healthcare transactions experience (preferred)
⦁ Familiarity with systems like Epic, Cerner, Allscripts (preferred)
⦁ Knowledge of payer/hospital contracts, code sets, and RCM analysis (preferred)
