What You’ll Do

⦁ Lead and develop a team of Claims Processors through training, coaching, and mentoring
⦁ Use metrics and feedback to drive accuracy, productivity, and quality standards
⦁ Create a culture of accountability while celebrating wins and addressing challenges constructively
⦁ Partner cross-functionally with Quality, Compliance, Product, and other teams to stay aligned on priorities
⦁ Analyze performance metrics and communicate results in 1:1s and team settings, then take action
⦁ Champion process improvement through pilots, special projects, and workflow redesigns
⦁ Ensure policies and standards (attendance, telecommuting, performance management) are applied consistently
⦁ Keep communication clear, timely, and steady during process changes
⦁ Lead through change in a fast-moving environment while keeping the team focused

What You Need

⦁ Proven people leadership experience with strong coaching and performance management skills
⦁ 5+ years of claims processing experience (healthcare preferred)
⦁ 5+ years in a leadership or supervisory role
⦁ 3+ years managing performance using metrics (quality, productivity, utilization)
⦁ Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
⦁ Comfort with claims systems and regulatory processes (a plus)
⦁ Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration/chat tools
⦁ Self-starter mindset in a fast-scaling environment
