Provides inbound call support to clients and their members by initiating a CPI claim in CenterPoint and answering any questions about an existing claim. Works with the CPI Claims adjusters to troubleshoot any issues with a new or existing claim. Communicates and gathers information about existing claims from the Allied Claim’s database, iVOS to assess any situation for the client or their member to provide an exceptional caller experience.
