Provides inbound call support to clients and their members by initiating a CPI claim in CenterPoint and answering any questions about an existing claim. Works with the CPI Claims adjusters to troubleshoot any issues with a new or existing claim. Communicates and gathers information about existing claims from the Allied Claim’s database, iVOS to assess any situation for the client or their member to provide an exceptional caller experience.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Gather Accurate Information to Initiate a CPI Claim (65%):

  • Provide an exceptional customer experience while asking the correct questions to collect accurate information from Allied’s clients and their members.
  • Gather complete information to insure a smoother claims process.
  • Provide any answers to inquires that Allied’s clients or members may have about the claims process.
  • Relay any deductible, towing and storage information, and any documents that may be needed to the person initiating the claim.

Collaborate with Claims Adjusters and Other Areas to Assist with Ongoing Claims (35%):

  • Read and make notes in iVOS to assist Allied’s clients and their members for any inquiries about an existing claim.
  • Provide accurate information to Allied’s clients and their members by communicating with the claims adjuster assigned to the claim on any questions that the caller may have.
  • Read specific policy, total loss, and inspection documents to provide clear and detailed information to the caller about an existing claim.
  • Keep a knowledge base in the Mortgage CPI, GAP, EZClaims, and Repo-Plus areas to answer any high-level questions that a caller may have about a different claims area or process.
  • Assist with any duties such as outbound calls and emails to initiate claims for other claims areas.

Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certifications & KSA):

  • High School Diploma required
  • Associate’s, Vocational, or Technical School degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of directly related work experience required
