Compensation
- Hourly Rate: $13.08 – $22.89/hour (location and experience dependent)
- Annual Equivalent: ~$27,200 – $47,600/year
What You’ll Do
- Set up new workers’ compensation claims in the system.
- Process mail, handle files (until fully paperless), and enter notes/diary entries.
- Generate and process form letters, state forms, and reports.
- Support claims examiners by handling inbound calls from providers, claimants, and customers.
- Process claim-related payments as needed.
- Maintain compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Perform additional administrative duties as required.
What You Bring
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
- At least 6 months of office or service-oriented administrative experience (claims experience a plus).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- PC proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
