  • Works on issues of diverse scope to deliver improvements and transformational change. Project scope may require analysis of several factors, including understanding current business trends.
  • Works as part of a team to deliver improvements and transformational change. Assembles cross functional/cross site project team(s), including information compilation and information flow. 
  • Coordinates& communicateswith all levels of management, appropriate project teams and process owners to ensure projects are integrated with the business strategy, and other transformational business projects.
  • Technically proficient in Operational Excellence industry practice and business principles – Change Management, Project/Program Management, Continuous Improvement, or Data Analytics, while mastering skills in at least one of the key principles
  • Participates and presents at meetings with internal and external representatives. Often leading a cooperative effort among members of a project team.
  • Responsible forcontributing to curriculum and training development, education instruction, and facilitation of workshops to support operational excellence organizational learning within their disciplined. Mayassist in the development of team members to deliver and implement transformational change and improvements. 
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND REQUIRED CREDENTIALS:

  • Bachelor’s Degreerequired
  • Certified Change Management Practitioner (Prosci CCMP) or equivalent certification preferred

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

  • 2 – 5yearsofchange management and healthcare related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to interact with senior management on matters requiring coordination across organizational lines.
  • Ability to manage cross functional programs and projects. 
  • Demonstrated ability to foster positive relationships and leverage existing stakeholder relationships within organizations.
  • Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to construct business case and value proposition analysis. 
  • Ability to translate business requirements into change management plans that sync with the project work breakdown structures and realization plans.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Excellent planning, organization, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
