Schedule
• Full-time remote role
• Standard business hours
• Collaboration with Executive Directors, Revenue Cycle Portfolio Leaders, and AR teams
• Occasional coverage needed for short-notice absences

What You’ll Do
• Lead cash posting operations to ensure accurate daily posting and reconciliation
• Prepare and analyze cash reports and reconcile transactions
• Research and resolve posting discrepancies in coordination with internal teams
• Clear unidentified cash accounts monthly
• Manage automated payment files and handle exceptions
• Support cash posters by providing training, guidance, and coverage when needed
• Maintain strong knowledge of payer contracts and billing rules
• Ensure Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payments align with contract standards
• Participate in BAM meetings and report on collections performance
• Coordinate with Executive Directors, Portfolio Leaders, and AR Market Leaders on payer-related projects
• Build collaborative relationships with billers, collectors, and service center resources

What You Need
• At least three years of healthcare billing/collections experience (home health/hospice preferred)
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail
• Clear communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work tactfully with internal teams, payers, and referral sources
• Comfortable working independently with strong judgment and initiative
• Ability to manage large volumes of detailed information
