What You’ll Do
⦁ Post manual and electronic payments (ERAs) for patient and insurance payments, adjustments, denials, and apply balances correctly to patient responsibility
⦁ Locate remittances in portals and clearinghouses, read and interpret EOBs, and research and resolve unapplied or unidentified deposits
⦁ Perform daily cash reconciliation and reporting, deposit downloads, bank reconciliations, and trend reporting while working assigned work queues

What You Need
⦁ High school diploma or GED
⦁ 3–5 years preferred direct cash handling experience in a healthcare setting
⦁ Strong data entry skills, basic to intermediate Excel, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a goal-driven environment (10-key skills preferred)
