Digitech is seeking a Cash Posting / Refunds Specialist to accurately process refunds for insurance companies and patients. This full-time remote role is ideal for professionals with prior cash posting or refunds experience who are comfortable handling correspondence with attorneys, insurers, and government agencies while ensuring accuracy in financial records.

What You’ll Do
- Receive and process refund requests in a timely and accurate manner
- Post and record refunds for insurance companies and patients
- Communicate with attorneys, no-fault insurers, worker’s compensation, and the Veterans Administration as needed
- Manage correspondence, faxes, and pending issues related to refunds
- Perform additional duties assigned by the Refunds Department Manager
What You Need
- Previous experience in cash posting or refunds required
- Ability to read and interpret Explanations of Benefits (EOBs)
- Strong mathematical and organizational skills
- Computer literacy, including ability to work with dual monitors
- Professional demeanor, with the ability to stay composed under pressure
- Dependable, punctual, and collaborative team player
- Strong follow-through, accountability, and willingness to ask clarifying questions
- Quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
