Schedule
• Full-time, remote within the United States
• Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST
• Equipment provided

What You’ll Do
• Transcribe client EMR information into required electronic formats and verify accuracy
• Monitor shared inboxes, dashboards, and incoming communication
• Record emails, calls, tickets, and voicemails with complete and accurate documentation
• Follow up with clients or internal teams to gather missing details
• Export and upload documents using CorroHealth’s proprietary platform
• Support other tasks and teams as needed through cross-training
• Maintain strict HIPAA/HITECH compliance

What You Need
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience with EMRs or hospital systems preferred
• Proficient computer skills including MS Office and multi-screen navigation
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive problem solver
• Strong critical thinking skills and ability to work independently
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus
• Ability to maintain high productivity and quality standards
