Schedule
- Full-time, remote (US-based)
- Typical shifts: 12:00–9:00 PM EST or 12:30–9:00 PM EST
- Training start times may differ and schedules may shift based on business needs
What You’ll Do
- Engage with customers and families through inbound and outbound calls, guiding them through their long-term care options
- Match care seekers with appropriate providers based on needs, pricing, and availability
- Negotiate preferred pricing with care providers when needed
- Document all interactions and follow up to ensure resolution
- Handle transactions from web forms, emails, and chats with accuracy
- Share CareScout’s service offerings and product features to build engagement
- Provide first-call resolution by actively listening and problem-solving
- Support new service pilots and initiatives while meeting call center metrics
What You Need
- 1–3 years of call center experience
- Background in long-term care, home health, or senior services preferred
- Strong conversational and customer service skills—empathetic, proactive, and persuasive
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with multi-monitor call center environments
- Critical thinking and adaptability in a fast-changing setting
