What You’ll Do
- Oversee caregiver background checks and end-to-end onboarding workflows
- Ensure I-9 and 1099 compliance for caregivers across a multi-state operation
- Monitor caregiver training completion and ensure alignment with regulatory and internal standards
- Identify onboarding gaps and improve efficiency and candidate experience
- Serve as the liaison between Recruiting, HR/Payroll, and Caregiver Experience teams to resolve onboarding and hiring issues
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline processes and strengthen cross-team alignment
- Manage candidate data and workflows across HRIS and CRM systems
- Build and run reports in Excel to track onboarding metrics, identify trends, and recommend improvements
What You Need
- Experience in HR, recruiting, or onboarding W-2 and 1099 workers in a multi-state, high-volume operation
- Strong HRIS/CRM proficiency (Workday, Bullhorn, or similar tools)
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards)
- Strong attention to detail and high-level organization
- Clear communication, strong follow-through, and problem-solving ability
