Schedule
- Remote, telehealth-based role
- Shifts available: Mon–Fri, 9:30am–6:00pm CT or 10:30am–7:00pm CT
- Must live in one of Rippl’s eligible states (AL, AZ, CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KS, MA, ME, MI, MN, MO, NC, NJ, OR, PA, TN, TX, VA, WA)
What You’ll Do
- Support seniors and families (dyads) living with dementia through assessments, resources, and care planning
- Provide education, strategies, and crisis support with the help of an interdisciplinary care team
- Build strong relationships with patients, caregivers, and providers while maintaining accurate records
What You Need
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent professional experience
- At least 2 years of experience working with the geriatric population
- Strong empathy, communication skills, and organizational abilities
- Experience with dementia or cognitive impairment care preferred
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with cultural humility and emotional intelligence
