When a young person enters mental health treatment, their family isn’t just looking for answers. They’re looking for someone who sees them, hears them, and helps them breathe again.
This role is that anchor.
As a Care Experience Specialist at Charlie Health, you’ll be the primary point of contact for families during treatment, providing support, problem-solving, scheduling, and compassionate guidance so clients stay connected and engaged in their care.
