Schedule
- Fully remote (U.S.)
- Full-time role supporting clients in virtual treatment programs
- Must be able to work evenings/weekends depending on assigned schedule
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the main support contact for clients and families throughout treatment
- Respond to client requests via phone, email, and text with empathy and urgency
- Coordinate between admissions, billing, clinical, and outreach teams
- Monitor engagement and proactively reach out to prevent missed care sessions
- Schedule and reschedule appointments; support aftercare planning
- Document all communications and tasks accurately and on time
- Meet key performance metrics related to client support and satisfaction
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years experience in customer support, patient support, or call center role
- Experience supporting youth or working in behavioral/health environments preferred
- 1–2 years experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM
- Experience with call center tech and cloud-based communication tools
- Strong multitasking, emotional intelligence, and communication skills
- Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines
- Authorized to work in the U.S. and fluent in English
