What You’ll Do
- Serve as a primary support contact for clients and families throughout care
- Manage inbound calls, emails, and texts, resolving concerns efficiently
- Coordinate between admissions, billing, clinical, and outreach teams
- Track attendance, proactively address drop-off, and schedule aftercare
- Manage client schedules, appointments, and documentation
- Meet performance metrics around service quality, call handling, and follow-up
What You Need
- 2+ years in customer support, patient support, or client success
- Experience working with adolescents and young adults
- Salesforce or similar CRM experience
- Familiarity with contact-center tools and fast-paced environments
- Strong emotional intelligence and multitasking skills
- HIPAA awareness and comfort supporting sensitive mental health situations
- Proficiency with cloud-based tools (Slack, Zoom, G-Suite, EMR systems)
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
