Schedule
- Full-time, remote role
- Must reside in the U.S. (not available to candidates in AK, ME, DC, NJ, CA, NY, MA, CT, CO, WA, OR, or MN)
- Requires availability for flexible scheduling, including late afternoons/evenings
What You’ll Do
- Act as the main liaison between clients, families, and internal teams (Admissions, Billing, Clinical, Outreach, etc.)
- Answer inbound calls, emails, and texts; resolve client and family concerns promptly
- Monitor treatment attendance and proactively reach out to resolve barriers to participation
- Coordinate scheduling and rescheduling of client appointments
- Support aftercare planning, including scheduling post-treatment outpatient therapy appointments
- Maintain accurate documentation and track progress in Salesforce and EMR systems
- Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) such as resolution rates, scheduling efficiency, and client satisfaction
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 2 years in customer support, patient services, or call center roles
- Experience working with young adults or adolescents (healthcare preferred)
- 1–2 years of Salesforce (or similar CRM) experience required
- Familiarity with contact center technology and HIPAA compliance
- Strong multitasking, emotional intelligence, and communication skills
- Proficiency in G-Suite, Microsoft Office, Slack, Zoom, and EMRs
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $45,000 – $55,000 annually (based on experience and location)
