Schedule
- Full-time, 100% remote
- Standard weekday hours (no evenings or weekends listed)
- Team collaboration with clinicians and support staff
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with members
- Complete intake screenings and initial audio/video program assessments
- Make outreach calls to engage members
- Schedule member appointments and route calls to clinicians
- Navigate multiple systems (EHR, call center platform, member app) simultaneously
- Provide thoughtful and personalized responses to member questions
- Collaborate with clinicians, team leads, and managers
- Document interactions accurately and support clinical operations as needed
Requirements
- 2+ years healthcare/clinical experience
- Call center/customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with EHR/EMR systems
- Comfortable setting up and troubleshooting company-issued equipment
- Must reside in the United States
